Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic

The Cheboygan Memorial Health Center is located at 748 South Main Street, Cheboygan, adjacent to the Hospital.

*NOTICE TO PATIENTS*

Beginning February 8, 2010, the CMH Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic will no longer see patients. For your urgent and primary care needs please contact your family physician. If you do not have one, we will be happy to refer you. For Physician Referral service, call (231) 627-1319.

Please note that all other patient services in the Cheboygan Memorial Health Center remain open and in their same location

CMH also provides 24-hour Emergency Room Care.

CMH is a Tobacco-Free Campus.
